2. Refund Policy
2.1. If you cancel your visa application before it has been submitted to the embassy or consulate, you will be entitled to a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
2.2. Following the submission of the visa application to the respective embassy or consulate, refunds will be governed by the refund policies of the embassy or consulate.
2.3. All refunds will be processed through the original method of payment. Please note that the time required for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your card issuer’s policies.
2.4. In instances where a visa application is rejected by the relevant embassy or consulate, no refunds will be issued, as Select A Visa charges for the processing of applications, not for the outcome.
2.5. Should you encounter technical issues on our platform that result in duplicate payments or erroneous charges, please contact our support team promptly. Such instances will be reviewed, and eligible refunds will be processed in a timely manner.
3. Exceptions
