Cambodia (E-Visa) Application Details

To successfully apply for a Cambodia eVisa, you need to submit the following documents:

1. Passport Requirements

• Scanned Passport’s First and Last Page: A clear scanned copy of your passport’s first and last page is required. Your passport should have at least 6 months of validity from the date of intended travel. If you have any previous visas or immigration stamps, include the pages with those as well.
• Photocopies of Passport Pages: Some applications may require a high-resolution copy of the first page (bio data) and last page. Ensure this is done clearly and legibly.

2. Photograph Requirements

• Recent Passport-Sized Photograph: A high-resolution, recent passport-size photograph taken within the last 3 months is required. The photograph should be against a plain white background, with the applicant’s face covering 80% of the photo. The face, ears, and forehead must be clearly visible. Ensure the photograph meets the eVisa standards to avoid rejection.

3. Travel Documents

• Flight Ticket: A copy of your confirmed return flight ticket, showing both your arrival and departure details. The ticket should match the details provided in your visa application.
• Hotel Reservation: A copy of your confirmed hotel reservation for the entire duration of your stay. The hotel reservation must include the hotel name, address, contact number, and the applicant’s name as well as the dates of reservation.
• Bus Tickets: If you are traveling by bus, you must provide a copy of your confirmed and valid bus tickets showing your travel details within Cambodia.
• Covid Vaccination Certificate: If required, provide a Covid Vaccination Certificate showing the applicant’s passport number. This document is mandatory for entry into Cambodia and ensures a smoother process at border controls.

4. Additional Important Notes

• eVisa Eligibility at Ports of Entry: The Cambodia eVisa is accepted only at selected ports of entry. Ensure that the border checkpoint where you plan to enter Cambodia supports the eVisa. Not all border checkpoints are eligible for eVisa entry.
• Ticket and Port Check Verification: To help us ensure that your port of entry accepts the Cambodia eVisa, it is important that you share your actual return air ticket with us. This allows us to confirm your eligibility at the selected port.
