Egypt eVisa Application Details

Traveller Details

• Passport
  • A coloured scanned copy of the passport’s first and last pages is required.
  • The passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of the visa application.
  • Ensure there are at least two blank pages available in the passport for visa stamping.

Photographs

• A recent passport-sized photograph (coloured) with a plain white background is required. The photograph should be taken within the last 3 months, with 80% of the face visible.

Travel Details

• Flight Tickets
  • Provide a copy of confirmed arrival and departure flight tickets. These should clearly show the applicant’s name and travel dates.
• Hotel Reservation
  • A confirmed hotel reservation is required, which should include the hotel address, contact number, and the applicant’s name with the dates of stay for all travel days. It’s important that the reservation reflects your full stay in Egypt.
• Invitation Letter
  • If you are traveling for business or with a tour operator, an invitation letter or guarantee letter from the authorized Egyptian tour operator is required. We can assist you with arranging this letter at an additional cost if needed.

Additional Notes

• All documents should be submitted in a clear, readable format. Ensure that the scanned copies of documents like the passport and flight tickets are high resolution.
• The eVisa can be obtained for various types of travel, including tourism and business. Be sure to include the necessary documents according to your purpose of travel.
• If the applicant is traveling for tourism, the invitation letter may not be required unless a specific request is made by the Egyptian authorities.

• Egypt eVisa is available for entry through selected international airports and seaports. Ensure that your entry port is eligible for eVisa use.
• Applicants may be asked for additional documents or interviews based on their specific case or travel history.
