Traveller Details

1. Passport Scanned Copy
   • Provide a clear scan of the first and last pages of your passport.
   • Passport should be valid for at least six months from your intended date of arrival in New Zealand.
2. Photograph
   • Passport-sized photo (recent, clear, with a white background).
3. National ID
   • Provide a copy of either your Aadhar card or PAN card.

Travel Details

1. Hotel Booking
   • Not mandatory but highly recommended for visa application.
   • A confirmed hotel booking can strengthen the application and provide additional travel assurance.
2. Flight Tickets
   • Not mandatory but recommended.
   • Confirmed arrival and departure tickets offer proof of intent and travel plan to New Zealand.
3. Travel Itinerary
   • Provide a day-to-day itinerary, detailing planned activities and locations during your stay.
4. Cover Letter
   • Include a cover letter outlining the purpose of your travel, duration of stay, and passport details.
   • This should clearly state your reasons for visiting New Zealand, your intended stay duration, and your primary travel details.

Financial Details

1. Bank Statement
   • Last six months’ bank statement with adequate funds to cover the travel costs.
   • Minimum balance should be more than 3 lakhs per person.
   • If the trip is sponsored, attach the sponsor’s bank statement.
2. Income Tax Returns (ITR)
   • Income tax return acknowledgement for the last two years or Form 16.
   • Recommended declared income: more than INR 8 lakhs.
   • Attach the sponsor’s ITR if someone else is funding the trip.
3. Proof of Investments
   • Attach any documentation of fixed deposits, property investments, or other investments (if any).

1. If Employed
   • Employer’s No Objection Certificate (NOC): Include an original leave letter stating your position, salary, employment length, and leave approval.
   • Recent Salary Slips for the last three months.
2. If Self-Employed
   • Business registration license (GST copy or company registration).
   • Company’s current account statement.
   • Company Income Tax Return (if available).

   • Submit a copy of the marriage certificate.

   • Student ID (if applicable).
3. If Invited by Someone in New Zealand
   • Invitation letter with applicant’s passport details, purpose of visit, the address where the applicant will stay, and invitee’s contact information.
   • Invitee’s passport (first and last page) and valid resident permit or visa copy.
4. If Trip is Sponsored by Someone in New Zealand
   • Evidence of relationship with the sponsor.
   • Completed sponsorship form (INZ 1025) if the sponsor is a New Zealand citizen or resident.
