Russia eVisa Requirements

Basic Details

Passport

• Validity: Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the planned date of departure from Russia.
• Blank Pages: At least 2 blank pages are required.
• Restrictions: Handwritten passports, observed passports, and passports with over 10 years of validity are not accepted for eVisa applications.

Photographs

• Specifications: Submit a recent photograph taken within the last 3 months.
• Dimensions: 35mm x 45mm.
• Requirements: 80% of the photo should show the applicant’s face, and it must be taken against a plain white background with a matte finish.

Return Air Tickets

• Proof of Travel: Provide a copy of confirmed return tickets.
• Additional Requirements: If you have internal travel plans within Russia or the Schengen area, include copies of train or bus tickets as well.

Hotel Voucher

• Hotel Confirmation: An original hotel confirmation voucher is mandatory.
• Hotel Registration: The hotel must be registered with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

Visa Processing Note

• Passport Specifications: If your passport contains double alphabets in the name, a Russia eVisa will not be processed. In such cases, you must apply for a sticker visa instead.
