Mandatory Details

1. Passport
   • An original passport, valid for at least 6 months from the intended UK departure date, with at least 2 blank pages.
   • Include any old passports for reference.
   • Note: Handwritten, observed, or passports older than 10 years are not accepted.
   • Photocopies of the first and last pages of the passport are required.
2. Biometrics
   • An in-person visit to the Visa Application Center is mandatory for biometric submission.
3. Translation
   • All documents must be in English or accompanied by an official English translation. Additional documents may be requested by the UK High Commission on a case-by-case basis.
4. Covering Letter
   • A letter from the applicant explaining the purpose of travel, name, and passport number.
   • Business travelers should use a company letterhead.
