USA Sticker Visa Requirements: Detailed Guide

Traveller Details

Passport Requirements

• Original passport required with a minimum of six months validity from the date of intended travel to the USA.
• Passports that are handwritten or over 10 years old will not be accepted.
• Ensure the passport has at least two blank pages for visa stamping.

Photograph Specifications

• Photographs should be taken within the last three months.
• Dimensions: 2×2 inches with 80% face coverage.
• Background: Plain white with a matte finish.
• The photograph is only applicable for Dropbox applications.

Occupation Details

For Employed Individuals

• Required letters from the employer on company letterhead including the applicant’s name, designation, and the signature of an authorized signatory:
  • Leave Sanction Letter or No Objection Certificate (NOC)
  • Last 3 Months’ Payslips
  • Company Appointment Letter (if recently joined)

For Self-Employed Individuals

• Business-related documents on official letterhead:
  • Cover letter outlining the business details.
  • Business registration certificate, which could include GST registration, Certificate of Incorporation, Partnership deed, MOA, etc.
  • Proprietorship proof if applicable.

Financial Details

Bank Statement

• Applicants should provide their personal bank statement or a sponsor’s statement if being sponsored.
• Sponsor’s Bank Statement: Minimum six-month record showing adequate balance and cash flow.

Income Tax Return (ITR)

• For partners, LLP members, or company directors: Three years of business-related ITR.
• For employed individuals: Three years of ITR or Form 16.
• For self-employed individuals: Three years of personal ITR.

Biometrics Appointment

• All applicants are required to visit the designated visa application center to complete biometric registration (fingerprints and photographs).
