Vietnam E-Visa Application Details

eVisa Application Requirements:

1. Passport Copy:
   A scanned copy of the passport’s first and last pages, which should contain the applicant’s personal details. Ensure that the passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
2. Photograph Requirements:
   A studio-clicked photograph with a white background. The photo should show a clear close-up of the face, taken recently, without glasses or head coverings unless for religious or ethnic reasons. Ensure the photo meets the specified format of the Vietnamese authorities.
3. Return Air Ticket:
   A copy of the confirmed return air ticket, including details such as the date and the first port of entry into Vietnam. Make sure that the ticket matches the entry date mentioned in the e-Visa approval.
4. Hotel Reservation:
   Provide a copy of the hotel reservation voucher that includes complete hotel details such as the hotel’s name, address, contact number, and the applicant’s booking dates. Ensure that your accommodation is pre-arranged for the duration of your stay.

Additional Notes:

• Ticket Restrictions:
  Once your eVisa is issued, do not change your ticket. The visa approval will include the travel date and port of entry, and any changes may result in the cancellation of the visa.
• Urgent Visa Processing:
  If you need expedited processing, the visa must be applied at least one day prior, and the e-Visa fee should be paid by the applicant. Please note that the day of application is not counted in the processing time.
