Georgia Evisa – Complete Guide and Requirements

Traveller Details

• Passport
  • Original passport with at least 3 months validity from the date of submission of the visa application.
  • Passport should have at least two blank pages.
  • A copy of the first and last page of the passport is required.
• Photographs
  • A digital photograph with a white background, clearly showing 80% facial coverage.
  • The photo should be recent and in high quality.
• Aadhar Card
  • A full scanned copy of the Aadhar card (or) a copy of e-Aadhar is required.

Travel Details

• Flight Tickets
  • A copy of confirmed arrival and departure flight tickets is required.
• Hotel Reservation
  • A copy of confirmed hotel reservation displaying the hotel address, contact number, applicant’s name, and dates of reservation for all days of travel is required.
• Travel & Health Insurance
  • Travel and health insurance valid for the entire stay in Georgia is mandatory.
  • The insurance should cover health expenses and any necessary treatments or deaths during the stay.
  • The insurance should be valid throughout Georgia.

Financial Details

• Bank Statement
  • The applicant must present either their own bank statement or the sponsor’s bank statement if sponsored by a blood relative or spouse.
  • A 6-month updated bank statement with a closing balance of INR 2,00,000 or above per person is required.
  • The bank statement should be in PDF format, which can be downloaded from net banking.

Occupational Details

• Employed
  • A leave sanction letter (or) No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the company on the letterhead, displaying the applicant’s name, designation, and authorized signatory’s signature.
  • Three months’ salary slip or salary certificate is required.
  • Original covering letter from the employer is required.
• Self-employed
  • A cover letter with the business letterhead is required.
  • A business registration certificate, such as a GST certificate, Certificate of Incorporation, Partnership Deed, or MOA, is needed.
  • Valid proprietorship proof should be provided.
• Student
  • A bonafide certificate duly signed and stamped by the authorized signatory from the educational institution.
  • Original covering letter from the institution is required.
• Retired
  • Proof of retirement (or) a pension slip for the last 3 months is needed.

• Sponsor Documents
  • A sponsorship letter from the sponsor, including details about the applicant and the purpose of the trip.
  • Employment proof of the sponsor.
  • A bank statement of the sponsor.
  • Government ID proof (such as Passport, Driving License, PAN Card) of the sponsor, if the sponsor is from India.
  • If the sponsor is from Georgia, a passport or driving license copy of the sponsor is required.
• Staying with Friends or Family
  • An invitation letter, including the name, passport number of the invitee, and the duration and purpose of stay, is required.
  • A copy of the ID proof or passport of the inviting person is needed.
  • Employment proof (D-pass copy) of the inviting person is required.
